Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement are key. We have dedicated a staff member and built a proprietary database for the purpose of tracking QA at the Teleradiology Center. Furthermore, we take QA to the next level with a bi-rads-driven follow-up system to ensure that major findings are followed up on by the referring physicians.
